1. About NYLP

National Youth Leadership Programme is a youth-focused platform working in areas including leadership development, digital literacy, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, skills development, awareness, training, networking, and related initiatives.

4. Membership

Membership benefits may change depending on program availability, partnerships, operational requirements, or organizational decisions.

Payment of a membership fee does not guarantee selection for every NYLP program, event, internship, scholarship, or external opportunity.

5. Fees and Payments

Some memberships, programs, events, workshops, or services may require payment.

All applicable charges will normally be displayed before registration or payment.

Unless otherwise stated, fees may be non-refundable after confirmation, processing, commencement of the relevant service, or expiration of a stated refund period.

Where an event or program is cancelled by NYLP, NYLP may provide a refund, credit, rescheduling option, or alternative arrangement depending on the circumstances.

6. Programs, Events and Internships

Participants are expected to comply with all instructions, deadlines, attendance requirements, professional standards, and codes of conduct communicated for a particular program.

NYLP may:

  • Move activities online or offline
  • Postpone activities
  • Cancel activities where necessary

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes to registered participants.

7. Certificates

Certificates may be issued only to participants who meet the applicable completion requirements.

Requirements may include:

  • Conduct

  • Completion of the required duration

NYLP may withhold or revoke certificates where information was falsified, requirements were not completed, or serious misconduct occurred.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants, members, volunteers, interns, representatives, and community members are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

NYLP may take action in cases involving:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Abuse
  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Plagiarism
  • Serious misconduct
  • Unauthorized use of NYLP's name
  • Activities that may harm participants or NYLP's reputation

Depending on the circumstances, action may include warnings, suspension, removal from a program, cancellation of membership, or termination of participation.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content including:

is owned by NYLP or used with appropriate authorization.
